Please note that our staff will never ask for credit card numbers over the phone, or to purchase bonus points and transfer funds via an ATM card. Meanwhile, we never offer any VIP 12 - installment payment package plan.

If you have received such scam calls, please call the anti-fraud hotline 165 immediately, and contact us at (02)2719-2023. All cases are reported and followed up with the local police. We apologize for any inconvenience that may have been caused to you.
